For this project, LUSSO D’ARTE provided customized flooring solutions for a high-end hotel located in the scenic area of Mount Siguniang.
Our goal was to bring the beauty and character of nature into the interior spaces.

PART.ONE

King Room

Natural Elegance of Wide Planks

The king rooms feature:

2210×242×15mm wide planks

The flooring is finished with a chemical color transformation process and water-based coating.

The chemical color transformation process works with the natural characteristics of the wood, creating subtle variations in tone, followed by a water-based coating that enhances the refined surface texture.

For a hotel surrounded by the landscapes of Mount Siguniang, this understated and natural aesthetic creates a strong connection between the interior and its surroundings.

PART.TWO

Family Room

Herringbone

The family rooms feature:

600×125×15mm herringbone flooring

Natural knots are intentionally retained, combined with a carbonized finish.

Rather than removing every natural imperfection, we intentionally preserve knots and variations in the wood grain.

For a hotel located in such a natural environment, the authentic character of real wood becomes an important part of the interior experience.

PART.THREE

Twin Room

Textured Planks with Saw-Cut Finish

The twin rooms feature:

1210×192×14mm planks

Finished with:

saw-cut texture + natural knots + chemical color transformation

The saw-cut texture gives the surface a distinctive tactile character.

Combined with natural knots and color variations, each plank develops its own individual character.

This type of flooring is particularly suitable for hospitality projects where atmosphere and material expression are essential.

We are not simply producing one standard flooring product for an entire project. Instead, we match the wood species, dimensions, colors and finishes to the specific requirements of each space.

PART.FOUR

Grand Suite

Parquet

In the grand suites, the flooring becomes an even more important part of the overall visual expression.

600 × 600 × 15mm parquet

Finished with:

black relief texture + hand-rubbed coloring

Another flooring design:

450 × 450 × 15mm parquet

features a smoked finish.

By combining different colors, dimensions and finishing techniques, each room develops its own visual identity.

From Design to Installation — What Does a Factory Actually Bring to the Project?

Many people think custom flooring simply means:

“The client provides a rendering, and the factory produces it accordingly.”

In reality, it is much more than that.

01 Design Coordination

We work closely with the design team according to the requirements of different room types and interior concepts.

Wood species, dimensions, colors and finishing techniques are discussed and coordinated in detail.

02 Factory Production

Once the design is finalized, production moves directly into the LUSSO D’ARTE factory.

From raw material selection and machining to assembly, surface finishing and final inspection, every stage can be coordinated directly with the project.

For high-end customized products, many details simply cannot be solved through standard products.

This is one of the key differences between a manufacturing source and a conventional flooring supplier.

03 Installation Coordination

Producing the flooring is not the end of the project.

Large hospitality projects involve multiple room types and extensive installation requirements, from laying direction and pattern alignment to on-site details.

That is why LUSSO D’ARTE supports the project from initial design coordination and factory production through to installation.
