Rather Than Only Seeing the Polished Presentation at the Exhibition

Come Visit the Factory and See the Real Craftsmanship Firsthand

The 2026 Shanghai International Flooring Exhibition is now in full swing.

At the exhibition,
you will see refined spaces, beautiful designs, and premium product presentations.

But for truly high-end custom flooring,
what defines quality
is never just the final appearance.

It is the craftsmanship, materials, and production behind it.

True Craftsmanship

True Craftsmanship

Can Stand Up to Close Inspection

From wood selection, natural conditioning, and structural assembly,
to carving, inlay work, water-based finishing, and hand-crafted detailing.

Every process
shapes the final texture, quality, and experience.

These details
cannot be fully expressed through lighting and display alone.

So compared to simply “showing products,”
LUSSO D’ARTE would rather invite clients directly into the factory.

Because real craftsmanship
speaks for itself.

What LUSSO D’ARTE Is Creating

A New Expression of Intangible Cultural Heritage Flooring

LUSSO D'ARTE

This year, LUSSO D’ARTE officially upgraded its brand direction:
“Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Flooring Heritage Preserver.”

We are integrating more traditional Chinese craftsmanship and Eastern culture
into contemporary flooring design.

Relief carving, scraping techniques, inlay craftsmanship, hand carving…
Traditional artisanal techniques
are returning to modern spaces in a new way.

What we want to create
is more than flooring.

It is a continuation of Chinese culture and craftsmanship spirit.

At present, the LUSSO D’ARTE Intangible Cultural Heritage Showroom
is also undergoing a complete upgrade.

More explorations of Eastern craftsmanship and modern spatial aesthetics
are gradually coming to life.

莲荷入木

Based on the irregular walnut lotus-leaf parquet pattern,
we redesigned and outlined different blooming floral shapes.

Following the direction of each petal, our craftsmen carefully combined natural wood veneers such as maple and rosewood, using their distinct colors and textures to build layered details piece by piece.

Since every wood species has different grain patterns and color depth,
each step — from grain matching and edge trimming to final assembly — requires exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The final result looks as if flowers are naturally blooming within the wood grain itself.

紫福呈祥

“Purple Blessing & Auspicious Harmony” is an intangible cultural heritage parquet artwork specially created by LUSSO D’ARTE for a homeowner, and it has officially applied for copyright protection.

Inspired by traditional Chinese auspicious motifs, the design carefully combines Indonesian broadleaf rosewood, North American black walnut, and Canadian maple. Through the natural textures and layered tones of the wood, it presents a refined Eastern aesthetic.

The overall design symbolizes “auspicious fortune arriving, blessings and prosperity, completeness and continuity, peaceful living and thriving success.” More than just a parquet artwork, it carries heartfelt wishes for a prosperous home and a beautiful life.

玉石拼花

The challenge of the Jade Parquet Collection lies in the fusion of “wood” and “jade.”
Each piece of jade is carefully hand-cut, polished, and inlaid before being precisely combined with natural wood.

The process must ensure a smooth transition between textures while maintaining clean and delicate overall lines.

The warmth of jade and the natural grain of wood complement each other beautifully, creating an elegant Eastern aesthetic while bringing a subtle sense of luxury and refinement to the space.

蝶恋花

Within the entire parquet flooring design, peonies bloom above, symbolizing prosperity and flourishing fortune. Below are orchids and scholar’s rocks — the orchids represent elegance and purity, while the rocks symbolize resilience and strength.

At the center, colorful butterflies dance gracefully among the flowers. The combination of butterflies and blossoms carries a beautiful meaning of love, harmony, and blessings, which is also our heartfelt wish to everyone.

This artwork incorporates a wide range of traditional craftsmanship techniques, including botanical dyeing, wood veneer marquetry, mother-of-pearl inlay, and gold leaf inlay.

Through these intangible cultural heritage techniques, the romance and elegance of traditional Eastern culture are vividly brought to life within this flooring design.

年轮地板

The original inspiration behind the LUSSO D’ARTE Tree Ring Flooring Collection comes from the fusion of nature and time. Through the natural grain of wood and the unique patterns of tree rings, it conveys the beauty shaped by the passage of time and the traces of life itself.

During the development process, we not only focused on preserving the authenticity of natural textures, but also enhanced the flooring’s texture and durability through advanced craftsmanship techniques — achieving a perfect balance between artistic beauty and practicality.
